While growing up I had pimples & acnes all over my face, making me feel ugly all the time. All my teenage life and long after that as well, I used to live in the fear that I will wake up with some pimple somewhere on my face.
So I was gaining weight constantly and often I thought of going on diet, but it left me wondering what can I possibly reduce from my food menu. I always thought that I ate proper food.
Also a few questions bugged me – like how will I survive if I eat less, I will be constantly hungry? And if I stay hungry all the time, won’t I have low energy or headaches, affecting my work.
Am I the only one who relishes fritters (pakoras/ tikkis)? I hope not.
And now you may be thinking, has she gone mad… We are here to lose weight and she is giving gyan (knowledge) on eating fritters. But I am serious.
