    Great checklist! I was trying to come up with something to add to it, but can’t think of anything worthwhile. Are you finding success with your coaching program?

    Thank you for these weight loss techniques! I think it will be really helpful to my mom. Can you please suggest any ideas or techniques for gaining weight as I’m unable to do it by applying various methods.

      Hi Bhuvi, Thanks for your comment… please do refer the blog to your mom… anyone who benefits from the blog is welcome here.
      Regarding your problem (which to many is a blessing) you need to refer to someone who is an expert in that.
      As far as I am concerned, if you are leaving a healthy lifestyle… i.e eating right and exercising, you are fine and do not need to stress on any weight gain measures.
