I am back again with another Fritter recipe. This time it is the Chana Dal Vada, a famous snack from South India.
I have seen my mother, grandmother and aunts keep fast during the auspicious Navratri days since my childhood. Highly inspired by them & also with peer pressure, I started keeping these fasts as well.
Am I the only one who relishes fritters (pakoras/ tikkis)? I hope not. And now you may be thinking, has she gone mad… We are here to lose weight and she is giving gyan (knowledge) on eating fritters. But I am serious.
