    Thank you so much for this post. I got a lot of clarity to get started. Can’t wait to start my own journal. Hope this helps me, as I really want to shed some weight.

    Writing it down is such a huge help. I like your rec of Evernote. One of my excuses is that I don’t have the journal with me when I need it. Thanks for a great post.

    I actually tried this before and it definitely works!! I used regular journal before but I’ll definitely be looking into Evernote! That would be so much more convenient!

      Super… You are already on the right path… Using Evernote only makes it convenient… but the key is to maintain a journal so that you become more aware.

    Thanks for sharing these tips. I know it is important to keep a record of what I eat throughout the day and Evernote seems a good option.

    I’m trying the Keto diet and I actually never thought of keeping a journal about it. This is such a great idea!
