    Thanks for sharing! I don’t do yoga a ton, but do love it for days when I don’t feel like doing hard core cardio – it helps me stretch and relax while also toning my body. There is definitely health benefits to it!

      any exercise is good… if ur doing cardio then ur doing your bit to stay healthy… carry on

    this post is definitely informative. and inspired by you to work on weight loss..
    I am trying to get back(on and off 🙁 ) on the fitness wagon – with zumba and running and yoga.. restarting yoga after a while again now and hope to be on the exercising mode going forward.. yoga does help me but since what i have been doing is hatha yoga, not sure of the weight loss aspect there..

      Hi Vidya.. weight loss is much more than exercising… u need to focus on your diet as well.

    I love yoga and the breathing exercises that are performed with it. For losing weight, I prefer to run but yoga helps me with my endurance and to relax when I’m having a stressful day. Great post!

      any form of exercise is good. do what works for you… for me yoga did wonders to i stuck to it

    I loved reading this. I am not an avid yoga practicer but I do love practicing it when I can. Every time I do yoga, I feel confident and at peace to reach my goals. All about the zen baby
