Instead, I built a simple system that works even on low-energy days.
Why Motivation Doesn’t Work
Motivation is unreliable.

- circumstances
Some days you have it.

My Consistency System (Simple Version)
I follow just 3 rules.
Rule 1: Make it smaller than you think
Most people set big targets:
- full workout
- complete task list
- perfect routine
I don’t.
👉 I reduce everything to the smallest version.
Example:
- instead of “plan everything” → write 3 tasks
- instead of “full routine” → do 1 small action
This removes resistance.
Rule 2: Remove decision-making
Inconsistent people decide every day:
- what to do
- when to do
- how to do
That creates friction.
I don’t decide daily.
👉 I follow pre-decided actions.
Same structure. Same flow.
Less thinking → more doing.
Rule 3: Track visibly (but simply)
If you don’t see it, you forget it.
I keep my system:
- visible
- simple
- easy to update
No apps. No complexity.
Just something I can look at daily without effort.
